If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging are required.
• Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
• If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
• Damage caused after delivery, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

• Proof of the incorrect item is required.
• Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
• We are not responsible for incorrect items ordered due to customer error.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered.
